The autumn colors were on full display when we met Ricardo and Rebecca for their engagement session at the historic Jacob Patrick Mansion in Joliet Illinois. Although we didn’t have much sun due to the cloud cover, the location and the amazing colors made up for it! Both Ricardo and Rebecca are originally from Illinois, and they got engaged in Las Vegas.
As we chatted during their session, we learned they both love to travel and are very outgoing. They both love water crafts, especially jet skis. Ricardo is a huge Pokemon fan, and he even brought one to use as a prop with her ring! He confessed that he has played every single Pokemon game.
This sweet couple was obviously crazy about one another—they were very comfortable in front of the camera and Rebecca was stunning in her red dress! Ricardo’s joy was evident as he interacted with his bride-to-be. Their outfits really blended well with the background.
We are so excited to celebrate their engagement and capture their day next October at the Jacob Henry Mansion. It was great to do a run through at the same venue they will exchange vows out—and they were pretty excited that we will be breaking out our drone for their big day! Stay tuned for next fall when we get to tell more of this special couple’s love story! We can’t wait until October 2019!
