This weekend we got to share a wonderful afternoon with Timothy and Melissa. A super fun engagement shoot that has is impatiently waiting for their big day!
Though the day started out hot and humid it surprisingly cooled down a bit to be able to work comfortably and both Melissa and Timothy had no trouble with giving us their best poses.
We met out at a favorite location of ours, Waterfall Glenn Forest Preserve. It has amazing trails and not to mention a cute waterfall. Although the waterfall wasn’t at its full potential due to lack of rain it didn’t stop us from using it as a prop at full potential for some great shots.
Not only were Melissa and Timothy so cooperative but they were a fun couple to spend the afternoon with, their chemistry didn’t go unnoticed which made it that much more fun. We love it when you can literally feel love in the air.
Our couple took to their braveness and stepped near the waterfall which made for some great shots! The green around them reflected perfectly off Melissa’s dress which from the beginning we knew was going to be amazing.
We decided to walk through the preserve and came to a what looked like a bridge, we stopped and got some amazing shots and as you can see, our couple was not shy to show just how much love they have for one another.
As we continued to walk and talk we realized Melissa shares the same favorite pizza place as us! We took that as a sign that we were meant to be their photographers.
This definitely was so much fun and the fact that our couple gets married in October made is even more exciting at the fact that we have full bloomed flowers and green leaves all around our couple now but in October we will have those beautiful orange and reds to highlight Melissa and Timothy.
