1. Turnaround Time for Images:

   • Online galleries will be ready to view and download within 2-3 weeks following the shooting date.

2. File Delivery Method:

   • All files will be delivered via SHOOTPROOF gallery, a secure and user-friendly email service. This platform enables you to download, order prints, and easily share your images with friends and family.

   • Galleries remain secure for one year; it is crucial to download and back up your pictures during this period. Afterward, we clean out client files regularly and cannot guarantee image backup once the link has been sent.

3. Refund Policy on Deposits:

   • The retainer fee is non-refundable, serving as a commitment to exclusively reserve your chosen time slot. Once the contract is signed, we decline other potential clients for your date/time.

   • Rescheduling is possible within 24 hours and will apply the retainer fee to the next appointment. Failure to provide advance notice or non-attendance will result in the non-refundability of the retainer fee.

4. Image Editing and Filters:

   • No modifications in any shape or form with Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat or any other application in the market are permitted. While our packages include print releases, no copyrights are transferred, and any alterations to the photographs compromise our distinctive style.

5. Booking Process:

   • To secure your session date and time, a non-refundable 50% retainer fee via Zelle or cash and a contract is required.

   • Nothing is officially booked until the retainer fee is paid and the contract is signed by all parties; no details are recorded in our calendar until this step is completed.

   • The remaining balance and any applicable travel fees are due one day before the photoshoot.
