Graduation season is always such a fun time to photograph, and Jocelyn’s session was no exception! We met at Phillips Park in Aurora, IL — a location that turned out to be just right for the look she was going for. She wanted flowers and stairs, and this park delivered beautifully, with vibrant tulips still in bloom and plenty of natural greenery.

We actually first met Jocelyn back in 2017 at her cousin’s quinceañera, so it was extra special to reconnect with her all these years later as she celebrates such a big milestone — graduating and heading off to Illinois State University!

She brought two outfits to her session. For her first look, she paired white bottoms with a red ISU top, proudly repping her school colors. Her second look was a soft, white spaghetti-strap dress — timeless, classic, and perfect for spring. And of course, she brought along her sky blue cap and gown to complete the celebration!

Jocelyn was so easy to photograph. She’s a natural in front of the camera — always smiling, posing confidently, and radiating joy. Even with the colorful tulips in orange, purple, and red all around her, she stood out in every photo. Whether she was walking through the garden paths or posing on the stairs, every shot captured her vibrant personality and excitement for what’s ahead.
