HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET OUR IMAGES?

Online galleries and digital files are ready within 3-4 Weeks of the Wedding date. Photobooks will take up to 2 months and full length movie can take up to 6 months.

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE GET?

The number of photographs depends on many things; the number of guests, hours of coverage, etc. Most of our clients get between 400-600 pictures.

DO YOU HAVE TRAVEL FEES?

As long as your wedding takes place within 100 miles radius from Joliet, there should be no travel fee. However, we love to travel! Let us know how far you are from us and we will send you a traveling quote.

 

DO YOU REFUND DEPOSITS ON CANCELLATIONS?

No. We ask for 50% RETAINER FEE and retainer fee is non-refundable. The retainer fee guarantees that we will hold the date exclusively for you and once you have signed the contract we will turn down all other potential clients for your event date.

CAN WE GET THE FULL RESOLUTION DIGITAL FILES?

Yes. All the packages include all digital files from your wedding. This doesn’t include the images that did not meet our high standards (those are purged upon editing) CD, USB or Memory Card. Digital files will be available for download. Customize USB is available for purchase as add ons.

WILL I GET THE RAW FILES?

Unfortunately right now we are not including RAWs on packages. All your photos will be as JPEG and video will be as MP4

 

CAN I APPLY INSTANGRAM, FACEBOOK OR SNAPCHAT FILTERS TO OUR IMAGES?

No. All the collections have Print Release but not Copyrights. You  may not edit in any way the photographs as by doing so, they will no longer represent our style.
